Option 1 – Offsite 3 x 120GB hard drives Coverage: We install and configure three 120GB hard drives so that companies can perform their own data backup each evening or each week and take their information offsite with them.
Cost: £750 includes hardware, installation and configuration.
Option 2 – Onsite budget backup server
Coverage: Small-form factor server for backup of main server functions in the event of hardware failure.
Cost: £1300 includes hardware, installation and configuration.
Option 3 – Online critical server data backup
Coverage: Using advanced online tools you can backup critical data from servers over the web.
Cost: £400 pa for 10GB or less or £720pa for 20GB or less.
Includes remote configuration (add £300 if onsite set-up is required).
Option 4 – Full service solution

Online critical workstation data backup? Coverage: Using advanced online tools you can backup critical data from individual workstations over the web.
Cost: £400 pa for 10GB or less or £720pa for 20GB or less.
Includes remote configuration (add £300 if onsite set-up required). Professional PackagesThese are suitable for larger organisations with mission-critical data, who need to ensure that their business is as protected as it possibly can be and in the event of a “disaster” will be up and running in the shortest possible timescale.
Option 1 – Offsite 3 x 120GB hard drives
Coverage: Clients perform their own data backup and take their information offsite with them. Please note: this is not recommended as a SOLE OPTION for larger companies.
Cost: £750 includes hardware, installation and configuration.
Or Option 2 – Onsite professional backup server
Coverage: Powerful onsite backup and recovery solution for larger companies. Includes Option 1 as standard.
Cost: £4,500 includes hardware, installation and configuration.
Option 3 – Online full backup
Coverage: A virtual hardware replacement solution, offsite. If your server fails, our offsite backups can be triggered to replicate your server and provide the services you need until your hardware issue is fixed.
Cost: £4,000 initial set up including installation and configuration and first year of hosting.
Ongoing cost: In subsequent years, the ongoing price of Option 3 will be £3,100pa for virtual server hosting.
Option 4 – Full service solution
Coverage: Companies requiring the most comprehensive of packages will receive a combination of all three professional options. We will aim to get you back up and running in four hours.
