Welcome to the Live Remote Assistance page.  

Once we have directed you on this page we will ask you to click on one of the below 2 links based on which operating system your computer is running.  


You will be prompted to download a tool which It will enable us to view your screen and control your mouse and keyboard. Once fully downloaded you will be need to RUN the tool, and advice our technician of the ID and password generated by our tool.  

Once we have finished supporting you, we will close the remote session and in case we have not done that, please close the session by closing the TipTopSupport tool.
